Please read these Terms of Service (Terms) carefully before using the Filedash Websites and Services.

Filedash ("us", "we", or "our") operates the filedash.co website (the "Service").

By accessing the website at filedash.co, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Upon electronic acceptance of these Terms, you are bound by these Terms and these Terms form an agreement between us and you (Agreement)

Modification

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with this provision. If we modify these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the Filedash's website and update the “Effective date” at the top of these Terms.

We will also provide you with notice of the modifications by email and inform you of your right to terminate the Agreement in the notification email. If you do not terminate the Agreement after the revised Terms have been posted on the Filedash's and you continue to access and use the Filedash Services, such continued access or use will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

By accessing the Filedash Services you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Filedash's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Limitations

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

The Filedash Services may be accessed outside of the United Kingdom. We make no representation that the FiledashServices comply with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside the United Kingdom. If you access the Filedash Services from outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you access the Filedash Services.
